A highly respected, award-winning Texas design firm is seeking a hands-on Controller to join its leadership team.

This is not a "review and approve" Controller role. We're looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, owning the month-end close process, partnering with business leaders, improving systems, and helping drive the financial performance of a growing professional services organization.

What we're looking for:

• Controller, Accounting Manager, or Senior Accounting professional with strong technical accounting skills.

• Experience with project-based accounting, WIP, and professional services environments.

• Architecture, engineering, interior design, consulting, legal, or other project-driven services experience strongly preferred.

• Someone who enjoys being both strategic and tactical—not afraid to dive into the details when needed.

• Strong systems and process improvement mindset.
