Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an LPN/RN!
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.
- Dispense medications and fill med sets for clients.
- Triage list of clients for providers to assess on daily basis.
- Assess new intakes.
- Work with clinical team for clients who have outside medical needs.
- Sending out, following up, and managing new medication orders.
- Support providers with specific lab orders and results.
- Obtain medical history and records as needed.
- Document and communicate inventory supply needs
- Manage accurate stock, patient specific medications, and MAR’s.
- Prepare upcoming discharges to see provider and set follow up appointments as needed.
- Document in an electronic medical record system care given.
- Provide medication education to clients including MAT services and medication changes.
- Implement appropriate nursing interventions.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
