Responsibilities
- Continue to grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and consulting with clients
- Coach and train sales professionals, holding them accountable to achieving their goals
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, Partner Call and leadership training
- Participate in PLACE Leadership Development program
- Attract new sales talent to the team
Qualifications
You are a natural leader with a strong track record of success in real estate sales. Your passion is helping others achieve their goals through coaching and mentoring. In addition to growing talent, you continue to invest in yourself as a sales person and grow your real estate business.
