Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote residential real estate listings across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional media
- Engage with prospective clients through proactive outreach, client meetings, and networking events to generate leads and foster relationships
- Conduct detailed real estate market analysis to identify industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers with clients and other agents to secure favorable terms while maintaining fair housing regulations
- Manage real estate transactions from initial offer through closing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and deadlines are met
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport, understanding client needs, and guiding them through the buying or selling process with transparency and professionalism
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction
