What You'll Do:
In this pivotal role, you will design and execute maintenance and outage plans, coordinate work schedules with operations teams, manage work order documentation, and develop KPIs to monitor schedule compliance and regulatory adherence. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance of packaged equipment and rotating machinery, including steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, generators, and motors. You'll also provide essential technical support within CMMS modules, interface with supply chain vendors, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED (Technical Degree preferred)
- 5 years of maintenance experience utilizing SAP in oil, gas, or petrochemical facilities
- Heavy working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, with experience in planning, scheduling, and execution processes
- Proficiency with project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 (a plus)
- Familiarity with machinery such as steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, and associated systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and foster teamwork
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and pay close attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a TWIC card
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Prometheus software
- Experience working in PHMSA-regulated pipeline environments
- Knowledge of gas compression and metering equipment
- Skills in scaffolding, painting, insulating, welding, fabrication, or heavy equipment operation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Technical Degree or similar qualification highly preferred
- Extensive maintenance experience in oil and gas or petrochemical sectors
Additional Requirements:
- Local candidates only (no living allowance provided)
- Work hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am – 3:30 pm (40 hrs/week)
- Must hold or be able to acquire a TWIC card and a valid driver’s license
- The role involves working with regulated assets and requires adherence to safety and operational standards
