Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Plunger Lift Systems and artificial lift technologies
- Strong knowledge of production equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficiency with Cygnet/SCADA systems and software such as eVIN
- Ability to monitor, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues effectively
- Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure
- High School diploma or equivalent required
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with well diagnostics and leak isolation
- Familiarity with maintaining operating procedures in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
- At least 3 years of oilfield experience, specifically with plunger lift and artificial lift systems
Other Requirements:
- Must reside within 50-60 miles of Laredo, TX
- Ability to work a rotation comprised of 7 days on / 3 days off, then 7 days on / 4 days off
- Valid certifications and a clean safety record are a plus
- Client-provided vehicle and equipment will be used during your shift
