What You’ll Do:
- Lead planning for project and turnaround activities, creating detailed outage plans using advanced planning software.
- Develop, prioritize, and coordinate work schedules and job packs, ensuring seamless communication with Project, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance teams.
- Manage weekly, monthly, and long-term look-ahead schedules for expenses and upgrades by collaborating closely with technical and supervisory staff.
- Oversee dispatching of workforces, optimize resource availability, and ensure all work orders are properly documented within CMMS modules.
- Identify material needs, interface with vendors and supply chain, and support KPI development and reporting to monitor schedule compliance and regulatory maintenance standards.
- Assist in developing procedures, provide technical support, and recommend enhancements through training and process improvements.
- Aid in budget development and support other operational needs as directed.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years’ maintenance experience utilizing SAP in the Oil & Gas or petrochemical industries.
- Heavy working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, with strong experience in Planning, Scheduling, and Execution processes.
- Familiarity with scheduling software like MS Project, Primavera P6, or Prometheus is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to schedule small to medium-sized projects and experience with scaffolding, painting, insulating, heavy equipment rigging/lifting, welding, fabrication, and machining work.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in a PHMSA-regulated pipeline environment and with gas compression and metering equipment is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize, communicate effectively, foster teamwork, and work under pressure with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree or similar is a plus.
- Experience in a pipeline or similar regulated facility is advantageous.
Other Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License and the ability to maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) in good standing.
- Must be able to work at Sabine Pass, TX site, and potentially support occasional travel or specific operational needs.
- Certifications related to safety, planning, or technical specialties are beneficial.
