What You’ll Do:

• Operate and maintain Salt Water Disposal (SWD) equipment to ensure safe and efficient disposal processes
• Collaborate with teams to optimize operations and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Follow safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain high standards of safety and environmental compliance
• Utilize computer skills, including MS Office, for documentation and reporting
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude and strong communication skills

Required Skills:

• Oil & Gas industry experience, specifically in Salt Water Disposal operations
• Knowledge of Salt Water Disposal (SWD) equipment and procedures
• Proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Office suite.
• Excellent team attitude, communication skills, and a proactive approach

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications related to safety or operations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Experience in oil and gas operations, ideally with Salt Water Disposal background
• Familiarity with industry-specific safety standards and operational protocols

Other Requirements:

• Ready to work a 9/5 rotation schedule
• Clean driving record
