Opportunity Snapshot:
- Compensation: $43.00-54.00/hour
- Location: Houston, TX
- Duration: 6 months
- Schedule: M-F / 40 hours
- Benefits including 401K, PTO, holidays, medical, vision and dental
Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing tasks associated with understanding and interpreting easements and the diverse provisions that are in newer easements
Qualifications
- 4 years Midstream experience required
- Ability to review and interpret alignment sheets, surveys, and plats
- Must have database and gathering system experience
- Some title experience (at a minimum, the individual must have a basic understanding of title) preferred
- Has some experience with GIS (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.)
- Must have attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently or with a team
- High School or GED required
