Shift Schedule: 7/7 rotation transitioning to 14/14 rotation
Pay Rate: $75/hour (Range: $70 - $80/hour depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate power distribution systems remotely via control platforms.
- Respond promptly to alarms and system irregularities.
- Coordinate with field teams for outages, repairs, and upgrades.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system performance and incidents.
