What You’ll Need To Succeed
- BS degree in an engineering discipline
- Experience across engineering, construction, and project management activities
- Multi-disciplinary skills with broad knowledge of design standards, specifications, and work processes
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to influence and coordinate with diverse teams
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and heavy workloads
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Experience with Client Capital Project Management System
- Background in identifying & sourcing long lead equipment
- Familiarity with Front End Engineering Design (FEED)
- Knowledge of industry policies and procedures related to data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Demonstrated success in multiple projects involving engineering design evaluations and project coordination
- Willing to participate in pre-approved, reimbursable travel booked through BCD, with itemized receipts—no per diem
- Ability to serve as a backup for the Project Manager as needed
- Capable of coordinating complex project issues and documentation throughout different phases
