Mechanical Planner - S/4 Hana

Join our team as a Mechanical Planner specializing in S/4 Hana and maintenance planning for key asset management projects in the oil and gas industry. With a focus on SAP and S/4 Hana, you'll play a vital role in creating efficient work plans, coordinating schedules, and supporting operational excellence.

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, with at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Strong background in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes.
• Experience with scaffolding, painting, insulating, rigging/lifting crafts, welding, fabrication, and machining work planning.
• Proficiency with project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as PHMSA standards is preferred.
• Ability to develop KPIs, generate reports, and analyze schedule deviations.

• Experience with Prometheus scheduling software.
• Hands-on knowledge of gas compression and metering equipment.
• Familiarity with maintenance activities in PHMSA-regulated pipeline facilities.
• Experience working with CMMS modules and supply chain interfaces.
  
  

Preferred Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or GED; technical degree or similar education a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience within the oil and gas or petrochemical industries utilizing SAP.
  
  

Other Requirements

• Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to work M-F, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, with limited overtime. Local candidates only; no relocation allowance offered.
• This position is primarily desk-based with minimal field work, focusing on planning and coordination.
• Duration of approximately 18 months, with potential reevaluation based on performance.
