Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Admin for assignment in Ontario, Oregon. The selected candidate will provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to our clients maintenance department.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
** This position has a pay rate of $22.50/hr **
Responsibilities
- Typically supports a large group or department in coordinating project files, managing information flow, or arranging travel schedules and meeting planning
- Maintains and inputs information for the Cross connection program, test reports, notices for testing and failure to test notices
- Generates monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the project in Word and PowerPoint
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- A valid Drivers License
- 3 - 6 years experience supporting maintenance related projects/programs
- Proficient in Adobe, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
