Field Operator III

What You'll Do:
As a Field Operator III, you'll be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational tasks related to equipment and wells by applying operating and safety procedures and guidelines to meet daily operational plan, reduce equipment failure and efficient resources administration.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Equipment Care Technician, familiar with the routine use of maintenance skills to perform simple maintenance activities
- Ability to coordinate, control and monitor maintenance activities
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work safely in high-pressure environments
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with automation controls and SCADA systems
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance standards
- Extensive knowledge of and/or experience with pipeline operations
- Strong knowledge of Emergency Preparedness Procedures
- Extensive knowledge of Project Philosophy and Design Specifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or mechanical certifications preferred
- 3 years of field experience in emissions management, flare systems, or related energy operations
Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to work 5/2 schedule with 40 hours per week, including on-call rotation and potential overtime
- Availability to respond to emergency call-outs as needed
- Ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions
