Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and commenting on engineering work performed by both internal teams and external contractors, facilitating effective project execution, and communicating seamlessly across functions
- Lead hazard assessments, incident investigations, and risk evaluations for new and existing facilities, supporting continuous improvement and operational safety.
- Provide expertise that will also be instrumental in performance testing, developing operating guidelines, and coaching junior colleagues to foster a culture of excellence.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, codes, specifications, and safety criteria
- Proven ability to manage tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and shifting priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills in English, both technical and business-oriented
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with HAZOPs, hazard hunts, risk assessments for facility projects, and leading plant trials and safety investigations.
Preferred education and experience:
- Relevant engineering degrees complemented by significant industry experience in facilities or process safety
- Other requirements may include participation in risk assessments, incident investigations, and possibly travel for site evaluations or project oversight.

Salary : $100 - $120
