Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Open accounts (e.g., checking, savings, certificates of deposit) and promote banking solutions like online and mobile banking.
- Perform account maintenance and provide value-added services.
- Manage cash drawer, assist with vault and ATM services as needed.
- Demonstrate understanding of consumer banking products and services.
- Comply with banking laws and regulations while providing services.
- Support the bank’s community engagement efforts as a team member.
- Follow all Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) regulations.
- Recognize unusual or suspicious activities and report as required.
- Adhere to cash transaction, monetary instrument, and OFAC verification policies.
- Team Support: Actively collaborate with team members.
- Customer Relationship Building: Establish and nurture client trust.
