- Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests’ tables efficiently and accurately, maintaining food quality and presentation standards.
- Clear and reset tables swiftly to ensure a clean, inviting dining space for incoming guests.
- Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing prompt support to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and condiments stations regularly.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing dishes and assisting with basic kitchen duties under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to relay guest orders and special requests.
- Uphold food safety standards by handling dishes properly and adhering to sanitation protocols at all times.
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing.
- Experience with bussing, serving, or supporting banquet events is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with team members and guests.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
