Front Desk Representative
We are seeking a Front Desk Representative to assist in the day-to-day operation of the front desk at The Belfry House. Your mission will be to provide the best experience and impression for our patrons, partners, and prospective guests! The Belfry House is a 12-room luxury boutique hotel located next to The Belfry Music Theatre outside of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. If you love working with guests and exceeding guest expectations, this is the job for you!!!
As a Front Desk Representative, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Providing quality guest services that include check-in and check-out.
- Providing prompt, courteous, and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations, changes, and cancellations.
- Understanding guest service needs and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
- Resolving customer complaints from all areas of the hotel.
- Handling all guest interactions with the highest level of professionalism.
- Developing relationships with return guests, group contacts, and other guests in order to provide a truly personalized service.

- Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
- Bubbly personality and willingness to go above and beyond to take care of guests.
- High levels of tenacity and ability to interact with all members of the team - exchanging ideas, information, and opinions with others to formulate programs, systems, and solutions.
- Ability to plan multiple activities and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Fluency in English - speaking and writing.
