Duties
- Supervise front desk operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Conduct night audits as required to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures to maintain quality standards in guest services.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the hotel industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the guest experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
