What You’ll Do:- Oversee daily school operations: across admissions, education, student services, front desk, and administration
- Provide strong leadership: through structured team support and communication
- Ensure the consistent implementation of our education curriculum:
- Maintain and improve student attendance and retention:
- Motivate and empower team members through recognition and career development:
- Set and achieve strategic goals for student enrollment and job placements:
- Report weekly to the corporate office: on school performance and progress
- 3 years of leadership or management experience: (education industry preferred but not required)
- Ability to train, mentor, and inspire: a team with respect and appreciation
- A team player: with a positive attitude: and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities:
