Injector's Assistant at The Beauty Clinic

The Beauty Clinic, a premier cosmetic injectable practice specializing in Botox and fillers, is seeking a full-time Injector's Assistant.

This role requires working at BOTH of our locations: Aventura and Fort Lauderdale. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work in both offices are required.

No previous experience with Botox or fillers is required - we will fully train the right candidate. However, a minimum of 2 years experience in a professional office environment is required (medical, optometry, dental, law, etc.)

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, energetic, kind, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional patient care are a must.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing patients for treatment, including photos, consent forms, post-care instructions, skin cleansing, numbing, and treatment setup
• Assisting injectors throughout the patient experience
• Sterilizing treatment rooms and maintaining inventory and supplies
• Answering phones and responding to patient texts
• Scheduling appointments
• Entering patient information into our systems
• Supporting the team in delivering outstanding patient care
