The Beaumont Assisted Living is looking for a friendly, energetic, dependable individual to join our team as our receptionist!
This position involves working with seniors, family members, and professionals in a fun and rewarding environment. Must be able to work on Weekends! This is a Part Time Position!
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Communicating resident's needs with the care staff
- Greeting and assisting residents and family members in resolving concerns
- Filing
- Maintaining records
- Any other duties as assigned by the administrator
Requirements:
- Past experience as administrative assistant
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Be able to multitask
- Be a team player
- Have a friendly attitude
- Possess a love for the elderly population
- Excellent time management
- Able to remain calm under pressure
A background check and TB test are required upon hire.
