You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting in the recruitment process, and facilitating employee onboarding. Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employees, vendors, visitors, and guests.

Assist in recruitment processes by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and facilitating orientation sessions.

Professionally respond to all incoming phone calls and emails.

Manage office supplies

Physical/Safety Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent;

Bilingual REQUIRED - Spanish

Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
