UTILITY FILL IN ROVER

Job Purpose:
- The Utility Fill In Rover at THE BEASLEY GROUP is a versatile role designed to support various operations within our lumbermill. This position is crucial for maintaining smooth workflow and ensuring that all areas of the mill are functioning efficiently. The role requires adaptability and a strong understanding of safety protocols to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support across different departments within the lumbermill as needed, ensuring all operations are running smoothly.
- Assist in the maintenance and operation of machinery, ensuring that all equipment is in proper working order.
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent disruptions in production.
- Collaborate with team members to address any issues or challenges that arise, ensuring minimal impact on production schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to support efficient operations.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the lumbermill operations.

Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education:
- High School Diploma

Required Experience:
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety guidelines
- Experience working in a lumbermill or similar industrial environment
- Familiarity with utility operations within a manufacturing setting
