Financial Transactions and Postings
Maintain the financial transactions and postings for The Bearsville Center, LLC, in Woodstock, New York.
Experience:
- Familiarity with required Federal and State Documents
- 3.5 years QuickBooks Desktop
- MS Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with lease agreements and Landlord/Tenant experience
Responsibilities:
QuickBooks. Daily data entry of all income, expenses, credit card and charge receipts.
Reconciliation of multiple banks, credit card and charge statements.
Payroll. Review weekly payrolls for all employees and submit to Payroll company, ADP.
Sales Tax reporting. Quarterly Sales Tax reporting for multiple companies.
Tenants. Invoicing tenants monthly. Keep track of leases and Rent Roll.
Reports. Update weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, profit and loss, disbursement journal.)
Employee Records. Update employee records as needed. Tax reporting documents.
Audits and Filings. Annual WC audits and EOY reporting and filing.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
