We are seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at The Bear Brick in Little Valley, NY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests while contributing to our lively atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Promote special drinks or events to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications * Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros) is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
