Location: Gilbert, AZ (In-Office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. (20 hours/week)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add a dependable Part-Time Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist to our in-office team—someone who brings accuracy, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
- Prepare and process customer invoices, including progress billings and final billings
- Track accounts receivable balances and follow up on past-due accounts
- Apply customer payments accurately and maintain organized AR records
- Coordinate with project managers to resolve billing questions or discrepancies
- Assist with construction-related documentation such as pay applications and lien waivers
- Prepare AR aging reports and provide regular status updates
- Support general accounting and administrative tasks related to receivables
- Other Accounting functions as needed
- 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience (construction or project-based experience preferred)
- Understanding of construction billing processes, including progress billing and retainage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple accounts independently
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
