This is a full-time on-site role based in Green Bay, WI for a Senior Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solutions Architect. The Senior ERP Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP systems to support the company's operational and business objectives. Key responsibilities include assessing current processes, leading system upgrades, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the integration of ERP systems with other business technologies. The role also involves troubleshooting ERP issues and providing training and guidance to end-users to maximize system effectiveness.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems, system integration, and process optimization
• Familiarity with system analysis, database management, and enterprise technology infrastructure
• Proficiency in project management, including leading ERP system upgrades and implementations
• Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills when working with cross-functional teams
• Experience in preparing documentation, user training, and support related to ERP systems
• Proven track record of ensuring system performance, scalability, and compliance with organizational needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in ERP systems is a plus
• Prior experience in the building materials or manufacturing industry is advantageous
