The Basketry by Phina is hiring a Corporate Gifting Coordinator to own our corporate gifting relationships from first inquiry through fulfillment. You'll be the main point of contact for corporate clients, translating their vision into flawless execution, coordinating with our production and design teams, and making sure each project is delivered with perfection. Ensure every client walks away thrilled and comes back for the next project.
This is a client-facing relationship role, not a back-office logistics role, if you've worked in account management, client services, hospitality, or event coordination and love juggling multiple client relationships at once, this is for you.
What you'll do
- Be the main point of contact for corporate clients from inquiry through fulfillment
- Translate client vision into flawless execution with minimal back-and-forth
- Coordinate with production, design, and fulfillment teams to keep projects on time and on budget
- Track accounts and pipeline, flagging risk and growth opportunities
- Collect client feedback to improve service and surface upsell opportunities
- Grow and retain the corporate client base
- Own and grow our VIP gifting menu program with existing clients
- Help with custom gift production when needed
Ideal Qualifications
- 2 years in account management, client services, hospitality, or a similarly relationship-driven role
- Strong organization and project coordination skills and extreme attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable being the face of the company to clients
- An eye for gifting with the ability to identify and bring to life elevated gift recommendations
- A genuine instinct for great client experience, not just task completion
- Bonus: experience in gifting, events, retail sales or buying
