POSITION OVERVIEW
As our Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a team of 8–12 Project Managers. You’ll guide them in identifying and solving real homeowner problems related to water, moisture, and foundation issues—while consistently pushing performance to new heights.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to coach, motivate, and lead by example will directly impact team success and company growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Leadership & Team Development
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers to reach their full potential
- Ride along on in-home appointments to support, train, and close complex opportunities
- Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance
- Drive your team to consistently exceed sales and profit goals
Growth & Business Development
- Help your team build strong referral networks and lasting customer relationships
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community initiatives
- Contribute to marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and lead flow
Operations & Performance Management
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions focused on growth and results
- Review sold jobs for accuracy and quality before production handoff
- Partner with the Call Center to ensure efficient lead distribution
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics to leadership
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3 years of proven success in sales management (in-home sales experience preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing others
- Background in home improvement, construction, or home services is a big plus
- Experience with marketing, lead generation, or referral programs
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable balancing fieldwork with administrative responsibilities
- Tech-savvy with CRM systems and performance tracking
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
