Position Overview:
The Barcode Group is seeking a Sales and Replenishment Analyst supporting the Walmart business to join our exceptional team of individuals who are passionate about delivering uncompromising customer service and driving business growth for our vendors and retail partners. In this role you will be the in-house subject matter expert in supply chain, replenishment and data analytics, partnering with our internal Account managers, Walmart Replenishment Teams and Supplier teams to drive growth and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain effective relationships with Walmart’s Replenishment Team to align on replenishment strategies that drive sales growth and profitability.
- Deliver weekly reports for clients and Walmart teams that provide actionable insights and detail strategic improvements.
- Utilize Retail Link, Luminate, Madrid and other analytical tools to support ad hoc requests, develop key programs, and offer replenishment recommendations.
- Leverage multiple data sources, including syndicated data, to bring strategic insights and build compelling, data-driven narratives.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant retail experience, including forecasting and data analytics; Direct Import experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI, Retail Link, Luminate, MADRID, IRI, and Nielsen is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
