Duties
- Lead and supervise the kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants to ensure efficient operations.

- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize food costs.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen.
- Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and timing.
- Monitor shift operations, providing leadership during busy periods and resolving any operational issues promptly.
- Train staff on culinary techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
- Collaborate with restaurant management on staffing schedules, menu updates, and overall kitchen performance.

Requirements
- Proven experience in fine dining establishments with strong banquet or catering background preferred.
