Administrative Assistant Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors to the facility. This role will support managers, executives, and internal teams by managing daily operations, facilitating communication, and maintaining organization within the office.
The Administrative Assistant will be the central point of communication, ensuring that information flows effectively internally and to partner facilities smoothly and professionally.
Additionally, this role includes occasional day travel to a partner facility, with no overnight requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Typical duties and responsibilities can include but are not limited to:
- Communication and Correspondence: Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, manage internal and external emails, and organize and distribute mail, packages, and communication between facilities
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organize appointments, meetings, and calls
- Document and Record Management: Assist in maintaining electronic records; prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as directed
- Office Operations: Order and manage office supplies and equipment as necessary
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry and assist Human Resources efforts for onboarding, documentation, and event coordination
- Project Support: Aid in special projects, research, and information collection for executive decision-making
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff, ensuring
professional and courteous interactions
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prefer advanced education in business administration or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience providing administrative support in a manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational, multitasking, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites and applications to include Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently as part of a team
Work Schedule
- Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm
- 4 paid Holidays
- 2 Prescheduled weeks of paid vacation every year in July and December
