What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Nursing Assistant (3p)- Assisted Living position at The Baldwin?
The Baldwin is seeking a Full-Time (3p-11p) Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) for our Assisted Living community, the Orchard Inn at The Baldwin, as we work to open another house.

Full-time LNA's hired will receive the following bonuses:
- $750 sign-on bonus after 90 days
- $1,250 commitment bonus after 6 months
- $1,750 additional commitment bonus after 1 year
Responsibilities will include performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living, providing daily documentation of resident care provided, providing care and services according to resident's care plan as outlined in medical record, and assisting residents with medically necessary tests & procedures, as ordered by the physician.
The ideal candidates will display a genuine interest and compassion for the aging, possess openness in maintaining a multi-disciplinary team approach to care for the elderly, be able to maintain a cooperative and courteous attitude despite simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment, and have a wiliness to learn and grow.
