We are expanding across South Florida and are looking for a bilingual Outreach Manager to help us build relationships within the community and connect more individuals and families to our services.
About the Role
This is a relationship-focused outreach and business development role.
As an Outreach Manager, you will represent The Balanced Coach in the community by building partnerships, connecting with potential clients, and identifying opportunities to expand our reach.
This role involves a combination of in-person outreach, networking, and digital communication, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while engaging directly with people.
This is a hybrid position, requiring local travel for meetings, events, and community outreach.
Compensation
Compensation includes client acquisition incentives and ongoing participation tied to client engagement.
For each client that begins services through your outreach efforts, the structure includes:
- A client onboarding bonus once the client completes their first month of sessions
- Ongoing participation based on client engagement during the first year
The structure is designed to reward consistent outreach efforts and long-term client relationships.
Estimated annual earnings for individuals who consistently build client relationships typically range from:
$50,000 – $82,000 , depending on performance.

Responsibilities
- Build and execute outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and attract new clients
- Identify and pursue opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Develop partnerships with local businesses, schools, clinics, and community organizations
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, social media, and in-person meetings
- Represent The Balanced Coach at local events, workshops, and community gatherings
- Engage with Spanish-speaking clients and partners to expand outreach in the Latino community
- Track leads, outreach activity, and client engagement
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required
- Experience in outreach, sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable attending events and meeting people in person
- Familiarity with South Florida communities is a plus
- Social media familiarity (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Background in coaching, education, or wellness is a plus
