Duties
- Lead training and coaching of all new employees, according to company policies
- Bake cookies according to store procedures
- Mix cookies from , according to company's recipes
- Assist with catering orders
- Hosts special events and catering events
- Open and close the store, as needed, in accordance with store operations guidelines
- Operate oven according to operating procedures
- Take lead on delivery app order fulfillment and ensure all items ordered are prepared and packaged correctly.
- Ensure Team Members are following all store policies and procedures
- Ensures the store and employees are compliant with all Health Regulations and Standards
- Monitor POS to ensure Team Members are entering correct items during customer checkout.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Effectively manages all Team Members
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems for efficient transaction processing
- Strong background in inventory control, food safety protocols, and food handling procedures
- Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally
- Ability to manage shift schedules, oversee food production, and coordinate team efforts seamlessly
- Experience in training & development of staff to elevate service quality and operational efficiency
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work culture
Pay: $33,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
