The Bagel Nook is not your average bagel shop — we’re a bold, over-the-top brand redefining breakfast with outrageous bagels, insane cream cheeses, and viral flavor drops that turn heads. As we continue to grow across the country, we’re looking for a Franchise Development Manager who can take our vision and help bring it to new markets.
We’re looking for a driven, energetic Franchise Development Manager to lead the charge in expanding The Bagel Nook Franchise footprint. This person will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and closing franchise leads — from first inquiry to signed agreement.
You’ll work directly with our founder and leadership team to develop and execute strategies that bring in the right franchisees and help us hit aggressive growth targets.
- 2–5 years of experience in franchise development or sales (restaurant or food industry preferred)
- Proven ability to close deals and hit aggressive growth targets
- Strong understanding of franchise sales process and FDD basics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — both in-person and virtual
- Passion for bold brands, strong coffee, and next-level bagels
- Franchise broker relationships
- Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience building out a franchise sales process or team
- A network in food & beverage or multi-unit operators
