Responsibilities of the Entry Level Event Assistant:
- Attend and participate in charity events across the local community speaking face to face with customers
- Gain a full understanding of our organization and its partners to effectively educate community members
- Communicate directly with the public to raise awareness and secure donations
- Accurately process and record donations for partner organizations
- Build ongoing relationships with donors, keeping them informed about milestones and updates
- Contribute ideas and feedback to strengthen outreach strategies and event performance
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve performance targets resulting in performance based pay

What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Event Assistant:
