We’re currently expanding and looking for a driven Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our team. This is a dynamic, on-site role where you’ll engage directly with customers, represent standout brands, and contribute to measurable sales growth through in-person interaction.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Meeting and exceeding daily or weekly sales targets through direct interaction
- Clearly communicating product features, pricing, and value to drive customer decisions
- Representing client brands at live events and retail activations across Houston
- Driving product or service awareness with the goal of generating sales and sign-ups
- Initiating engaging conversations to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Providing a friendly, pressure-free experience that encourages long-term brand loyalty
- Supporting event setup and visual merchandising to maximize foot traffic and conversions
- Reporting on customer feedback, sales trends, and performance insights to leadership
