- $1,500.00 after 3 months
- $1,500.00 after 6 months

Core Responsibilities
- Ensures production lines and other equipment are maintained and able to run at all times with some assistance.
- Shows consistent desire, learning, and improvement in all maintenance responsibilities, duties, and tasks.
- Assists in developing and prioritizing work orders with Maintenance Manager, Production Supervision and Line Leads.
- Completes work order requests as defined by Maintenance Manager, Productions Management/Supervision, and/or Operators
- Supports workplace organization programs (6S) and production efficiency programs (TPM).
- Assists operators in daily preventative maintenance (CIL) checks
- Leads preventative maintenance process on the shift within the level of their current abilities.
- Supports in line commissioning after maintenance/process events
- Leads and supports other plant projects as needed
- Operates in a manner that provides value to the team
- Performs additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision/management
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Enrollment in advanced education and/or related certification(s) a plus
- Experience: Experience in a similar position a plus
- Computer Skills: Computer skills to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Ability to show constant learning and improvement in working with and troubleshooting: Electrical, Electronic, Motor Controller Drives, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
- Strong background in manufacturing systems in dynamic fast-paced manufacturing environment, a plus; Working knowledge of extrusion process, twin screw setup, blending system a plus
- Knowledge of PLC Logic technology, a plus
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings or an approved plan to learn how to read and understand drawings\
- Strong decision making, analytical skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
- Strong mathematical skills
- Success in planning, executing and managing projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate upward and downward to a wide range of audiences
- Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment
- Certifications & Licenses:
- Will meet qualification and certification requirements established by TimberTech"s Training
- Resources and Knowledge (TRAK) program
- Enrollment in Facility Maintenance Certification course, a plus
- Forklift experience required with the ability to complete TT Forklift Certification program
- Stick and wire welding experience with structural welding certification preferred
- High school diploma or GED, required.
