Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Invoicing and billing
- Processing all outgoing payments and check runs
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payroll processing (weekly)
- Commission tracking and processing
- Managing bonuses, PTO, and holiday records
- Banking tasks, including positive pay
- Tax coordination
- 401(k) administration
- BWC compliance
- Contractor registrations and certifications
- Child support processing and reporting
Business & Account Oversight
- Manage financials for multiple entities
- Monthly bill pay and reconciliations
- Dashboard tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office management preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
