Job description:

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

  • Accounts payable & receivable
  • Invoicing and billing
  • Processing all outgoing payments and check runs
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Payroll processing (weekly)
  • Commission tracking and processing
  • Managing bonuses, PTO, and holiday records
  • Banking tasks, including positive pay
  • Tax coordination
  • 401(k) administration
  • BWC compliance
  • Contractor registrations and certifications
  • Child support processing and reporting

Business & Account Oversight

  • Manage financials for multiple entities
  • Monthly bill pay and reconciliations
  • Dashboard tracking and reporting

Qualifications

  • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office management preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
