As a Body Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering factory-quality repairs efficiently and safely while contributing to our ongoing lean initiatives. This is more than a repair job—it's an opportunity to innovate processes, mentor others, and help shape the future of our shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality collision repairs across all vehicle types, including frame, unibody, suspension, metal straightening, R&I, and structural work—always adhering to manufacturer guidelines and our lean standards.
- Target production of 80 billable hours per week through efficient, waste-reducing techniques.
- Collaborate closely with the team to streamline workflows and ensure vehicles are repaired right the first time.
- Actively participate in problem-solving sessions, kaizen events, and continuous improvement efforts to eliminate waste and enhance processes.
- Maintain a spotless, organized, and safe shop environment as part of our lean culture.
- Embrace personal accountability, share ideas openly, and support the development of teammates.

- 3 years of proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or in collision repair.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and passion for excellence.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
