EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE BODY SHOP TECHNICIANS

Winner Dover Auto Body is currently looking to hire experienced Automotive Body Shop Technicians. We are specifically looking for technicians with SIGNIFICANT Body Shop Tech / Collision Repair Technician experience ONLY! Candidates must have experience with automotive structural and frame repair. We are looking for EXPERIENCED, CAREER-MINDED individuals ONLY. iCar certification is REQUIRED. We are offering top pay ($75K - $180K), a comprehensive benefits package and potential relocation assistance.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform complete structural and non-structural collision repairs to OEM standards

• Analyze damage and execute repairs using proper repair procedures and manufacturer guidelines

• Repair or replace damaged body panels, frame components, and structural assemblies

• Perform panel fitting, metal finishing, and precise body alignment

• Work closely with estimators, parts personnel, and fellow technicians to ensure efficient repairs

• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the repair process

• Conduct quality inspections to ensure every repair meets Winner Automotive Group and manufacturer standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• 5 years Automotive Body Shop Tech Experience REQUIRED

• iCar Certifications are REQUIRED

Pay: $75,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
