Work Environment:
Responsible for the Inspection of product sent to Outside manufacturers and inspection of internal sheet metal fabrication by performing the following duties.

- Verifies incoming products to ensure products are per purchase order, and/or work order and customer requirements.
- Performs hardness and conductivity readings per customer requirements.
- Reads engineering and understands drawing requirements and general configuration requirements.
- Performs first part buy off and in process buy off for Sheet metal parts. Including inspection of deburred parts, formed parts, & flat pattern parts.
- Ability to use Mylar’s, height gauge, pin gauge, micrometers, and other measuring devices.
- Ensures work orders and purchase orders are filled out completely and that all quantities are correct.
- Ensures all certifications are correct and legible.
- Records deviations from specifications and drawing requirements on a Non-conformance report.
- Responsible to be familiar with the use and navigation of Net Inspect to perform First Article Inspections.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:
- Familiar with product and process’s
- Detail oriented for documentation correctness
- Familiar with the use and navigation of Net Inspect
- Must understand quality as it relates to total customer service philosophy
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Database software, and Net-Inspect

Salary : $48,379 - $66,762
