Design and execute sales strategies to expand our footprint throughout the Bethlehem region.
Coach and support our sales team members in their daily outreach and client consultations.
Monitor key sales metrics and provide feedback that helps the team improve their results.
Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and community leaders to drive referrals.
Collaborate with the management team to identify new product offerings that solve our clients' problems.
Maintain an environment where every team member feels supported, valued, and encouraged to grow.
Requirements
Current P&C insurance producer license in Pennsylvania.
Five or more years of experience managing insurance sales operations or high-performing teams.
Deep knowledge of insurance products and local market dynamics within the Bethlehem area.
Ability to lead and mentor sales staff to achieve consistent results.
Strong organizational skills for managing pipeline growth and team development.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Familiarity with agency management systems and data-driven reporting.
