Responsibilities
Oversee the daily sales operations of our Pittsburgh office to ensure we are meeting our growth goals.
Mentor and guide individual sales producers, helping them sharpen their techniques and reach their professional milestones.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust our outreach strategies for better results.
Create a supportive office culture where curiosity and professional development are encouraged daily.
Collaborate with local partners to expand our brand presence throughout Western Pennsylvania.
Lead weekly team meetings to share successes, troubleshoot challenges, and keep everyone aligned on our mission.
Requirements
Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance license.
Three or more years of leadership or sales management experience in the insurance sector.
Documented track record of coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
Deep familiarity with the Pittsburgh regional market and its unique insurance landscape.
Strong command of CRM systems and performance tracking analytics.
Excellent public speaking and interpersonal abilities for team training sessions.
Salary : $220,000 - $250,000
