Analyze individual and commercial client profiles to recommend comprehensive coverage solutions.
Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clear communication during their most stressful moments.
Proactively reach out to existing policyholders to ensure their coverage evolves alongside their life changes.
Identify local networking opportunities to represent The Atlantic District within the Stamford community.
Manage policy renewals and document all client interactions accurately in our database.
Collaborate with the broader agency staff to streamline workflows and improve the client experience.
Property Casualty and Life Health insurance licenses for the state of Connecticut.
At least three years of experience managing a diverse book of insurance business.
Strong command of agency management systems and digital rating tools.
Advanced understanding of risk assessment and coverage gaps.
Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust with local business owners and families.
Professional certification such as CIC or CPCU is a plus.
