Lead, coach, and inspire our team of insurance sales professionals toward achieving consistent growth.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives that expand our footprint throughout Lancaster and surrounding areas.
Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas where the team needs extra support.
Create a collaborative office culture that encourages knowledge sharing and professional development.
Collaborate with executive leadership to refine our sales processes and product offerings.
Identify and nurture partnerships within the community to build brand awareness and client trust.
Requirements
Valid Property and Casualty insurance license.
Five or more years of experience managing high-performing sales teams.
Deep understanding of the Pennsylvania insurance market landscape.
Exceptional track record in coaching and developing individual sales producers.
Strong command of data-driven decision making and sales pipeline management.
Clear communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
