Oversee daily sales operations and ensure all client interactions meet our quality standards.

Coach and support junior team members to help them reach their professional milestones.

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our reach within the Tolland community.

Maintain a portfolio of high-value accounts by providing proactive risk management advice.

Coordinate with carriers to negotiate terms that best serve our clients' interests.

Monitor industry trends to identify new growth opportunities for the agency.

Connecticut Property Casualty Producer License.

Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales.

Demonstrated ability to mentor others and lead small projects.

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard CRM tools.

Analytical mindset for assessing risk and coverage needs.

Professional certification such as CIC or ARM is highly valued.
