Current Massachusetts Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.
Proven history of building and leading successful sales teams.
Deep understanding of the local Massachusetts insurance landscape.

Expertise in managing a sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
